The Litchfield American Legion Post 104 Gutter Update

Many of you have been to your local American Legion. A great place to gather with friends, acquittances and fellow members. In April 2025, Gutter Shutter of St. Cloud received a heartfelt request from a dedicated patron of the American Legion Post 104 in Litchfield, Minnesota. The inquiry was simple: a quote to replace the aging gutters on the back entrance of the building. The patron, Roger, committed to supporting the post, offered to cover a portion of the cost. 

Moved by the spirit of service and the legacy of the American Legion, the Owner, Jason Borresch, at Gutter Shutter of St. Cloud made a decision that reflected his deep appreciation for those who have served our country. They chose to donate the labor for the installation, a gesture of gratitude to the veterans and community members who continue to uphold the values of honor, sacrifice, and unity

“We see this as more than just a project,” said Amy from Gutter Shutter. “It’s our way of saying thank you, not just for what you’ve done, but for what you continue to do for our country and our communities.” 

The new gutter system will help protect the building’s structure and ensure safe access for members and guests. It’s a small but meaningful upgrade to a place that holds great significance for many in the Litchfield area.
