Storm Damages Gutters in Atwater, MN

Kevin of Atwater received significant storm damage to his seamless hooded gutter system and was working with a contractor to get repairs done on his house. This contractor knew we provided a hooded system and was looking to get the homeowner an upgrade in a like-for-like replacement.

Our owner, Jason Borresch, was ready to draw up a proposal. The full house replacement called for 12 pieces of gutter of widely varying sizes- the longest being 61 feet and the shortest 3 feet- with 7 downspouts. One area of the house called for a cut-into-gutter to transfer water across runs. This is a common technique when two rooflines are near each other, but at different heights. We create a small hole in our hood and send the downspout from the higher gutter directly into the trough of the lower piece to ensure 100% water capture.

The Gutter Shutter system is very versatile and our installers are experts at working around the challenges given by each home. We ensure the gutter will stay on the fascia and remain clog-free!
